Empowering Our Employees

At DAZN, our global workforce is passionate about using their voice to make a difference.

As part of our commitment to DEI, we launched Employee Resource Groups (ERG) last year – totaling 140+ employees across our global offices. These are voluntary, employee-led groups that aim to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace and provide support in personal or career development.

Our ERGs include a network for:

  • Women
  • LGBTQ+
  • Black
  • Asian
  • Latinx
  • Parents
  • Allies
  • Sustainability
  • Local market focused groups

These teams are recognized as valued voices in our efforts to improve cultural sensitivity and awareness, in addition to supporting core business-related initiatives.

More recently, initiatives include activations centered around awareness months such as Black History Month, Women’s History Month & International Women’s Day, Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and LGBTQ+ Pride Month.

We’re proud to have collaborated with our partner The Female Quotient for Women’s History Month 2021, highlighting the work of standout women making their mark in the industry and discussing topics such as remote work survival, microaggressions, imposter syndrome, finding your voice and allyship.

Remembering Black
Wall Street

On a night when we showcased an event live from the city of Tulsa, it was important to recall its history and honor its legacy. This 2-min feature shines a light on the legacy of Tulsa, and our wider hope for living harmoniously whilst acknowledging and appreciating diverse cultural experiences.

Letter To My
Younger Self

We collaborated with five of the most prominent female fighters in the world to produce an inspiring docuseries that shines a spotlight on their journeys thus far titled “Letter To My Younger Self.” Jessica McCaskill, Cecilia Brækhus, Seniesa Estrada, Ramla Ali and Franchon Crews-Dezurn are each featured in their own episode, reading out loud a candid letter to their younger self that in just over one minute touches on their extraordinary journeys to date, in a captivating way that will undoubtedly inspire generations of girl athletes to come.

A Celebration
of Blackness

In collaboration with Muhammad Ali’s estate, we curated a short poignant piece centered around the duty the current generation of boxers have in advocating for social justice and racial equality – just as boxer and civil rights activist Muhammad Ali was most noted for.
